General Disclaimer:

• Art by Martin is a professional boudoir photography business focusing on artistic and tasteful imagery. We do not offer or engage in any explicit or erotic photography.

• All photographs taken during your session are copyrighted property of Art by Martin and available for the clients personal use only. Commercial use or distribution of images without written consent is strictly prohibited.

• Art by Martin reserves the right to refuse service to any client whose intentions or requests go against our artistic vision or deviate from professional behavior.

Client Agreement:

• Age restrictions: All clients must be at least 18 years old with valid identification provided before any session commences.

• Consent: By booking a session with Art by Martin , you understand and agree to the terms outlined in this disclaimer and client agreement. You also acknowledge that you are participating in the photoshoot voluntarily and consent to the capture and use of your images for Art by Martin's portfolio and website, with your prior approval for individual images.

• Image Usage: Art by Martin retains the right to use selected images for marketing purposes, such as website galleries and social media promotions. You have the right to decline any image from being used for promotional purposes.

• Payment and Cancellation: Booking fees and session payments are non-refundable unless due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, medical emergencies). 48 hours notice is required for rescheduling appointments; late cancellations or no-shows will incur a rescheduling fee.

• Confidentiality: Art by Martin respects your privacy and maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information and photographs. We will not share any personal details without your consent, except as required by law.
