Welcome to Art by Martin! We're excited you're considering capturing your beauty through our boudoir photography experience. Please take a moment to review these Terms and Conditions before booking your session.

1. Age Requirement:

  • You must be at least 18 years old to access this site and also to participate in a boudoir session at Art by Martin. Valid photo ID will be required at your appointment.

2. Booking and Payment:

  • All bookings require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your date and time.

  • Full payment for your session is due at the time of booking.

  • Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of your booking fee.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of your session will incur a full session fee charge.

3. Confidentiality:

  • Art by Martin maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information and photographs. We will not share any personal details without your written consent, except as required by law.

  • You have the right to approve any images used for Art by Martin's  marketing purposes, such as website galleries and social media.

4. Image Ownership and Usage:

  • All photographs taken during your session are your sole property for personal use only. Commercial use or distribution of images without written consent is strictly prohibited.

  • Art by Martin may retain a digital copy of your images for portfolio and website purposes. We will only display images with your explicit written consent.

  • You can request additional copies or edited images for an additional fee.

5. Photography Style and Expectations:

  • Art by Martin specializes in tasteful and artistic boudoir photography. We do not offer or engage in any explicit or erotic photography.

  • We encourage communication and open discussion throughout your session to ensure you feel comfortable and satisfied with the experience.

  • While we strive to capture your best angles and poses, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or editing styles.

6. Disclaimer:

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any client whose behavior or requests are deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

  • By booking a session with Art by Martin, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge your voluntary participation in the photoshoot.

7. Updates and Revisions:

  • Art by Martin reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Please review this page regularly for any changes.
